Living Foods Recipes

Living foods recipes do not use any heat over 110 degrees.   Some recipes call for a food dehydrator set at no more than 110 degrees.  It will involve either raw, sprouted or fermented combinations of living foods. 

LIVING FOODS HUMMUS

*  2 c. garbanzo beans (raw and sprouted)

    3  T.  raw Tahini (sesame seed butter)

    juice of   1/2  organic lemon

    3  cloves of   raw garlic

     1  t. of  cumin

     1  t.   sea  salt

      1/2  c. of  distilled water mixed with 1 T. of  Nama Shoyu raw soy sauce and 2 Tbs. of  nutritional yeast

  *  Soak the beans for 8 hrs. drain and leave them to sprout in a sprout bag.  Remember to rinse them every few hours .
By the next day you should see little white tails emerge.  Rinse again to wash away the enzyme inhibitors.

        ADD ALL THE INGRIEDIENTS  INTO A FOOD PROCCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL CREAMY

        YOU MAY NEED TO ADD MORE  DISTILLED WATER TO GET THE CREAMY CONSISTENCY YOU DESIRE

        SERVE WITH DEHYDRATED FLAX SEED CRACKERS OR RAW VEGGIES.
